CAPC: The Museum of Contemporary Art

The former Center for Contemporary Plastic Arts, which became the Bordeaux contemporary art museum in 1984, is a 5-minute walk from the Hôtel Notre Dame***. With a collection of more than 1,600 works by more than 200 different artists, this museum has built its reputation and was labeled “Contemporary Art Center of National Interest” in 2021.

It is open Tuesday to Sunday (except public holidays) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
