The Hotel Notre Dame*** offers several services 24 hours a day

• The Wi-Fi connection covers the entire hotel and is accessible free of charge on the Hotel Notre Dame network using the login hnd120 and password hnd120. Once you've accepted the conditions, you'll be connected.
• Each room has Chromecast access, so you can connect your subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney + etc.) securely to the room's TV (at the end of your stay the box will disconnect from your accounts for your security). Select HDMI from TV sources.
• Access to PressReader, a service giving you access to 7,000 different newspaper titles. (pressreader )
• A wake-up service is available on the room telephone by dialing 60 and then the time of your alarm (e.g. 600730 for a wake-up call at 07:30).
• To charge your multimedia devices, there are two USB ports on the bedside lamps.
• A shoe-shine machine is available in the hotel lobby.
• A safe is available for your personal belongings; ask reception for the code.
• Reversible air conditioning in all rooms
• Access for people with reduced mobility

Reception open all year round from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. We have a telephone hotline while reception is closed.

• We can take your luggage up and down to your room on request.
• Taxi and restaurant reservations
• Reception also offers a luggage storage service for our guests on the day of arrival or departure. We'll hold your luggage for you for the day.
• Breakfast can be served in your room on request at no extra charge.
• Please ask reception for extra linen, which will be provided free of charge.
• A complete sewing kit is available on request.
• On request, we can provide you with an ironing board and iron, either in the breakfast room or directly in your room.
• You can use the microwave in the breakfast room, even during the day, on request from reception.
• All baby equipment is available on request: cot (at an extra charge), high chair, bottle warmer, changing table, etc.
• We can provide board games for children, so please don't hesitate to ask.
• In the breakfast room, you can access a fully-equipped workspace (with a computer connected to broadband Internet, a keyboard and mouse, and a printer). If you need a computer in your room or outside opening hours, please contact reception. We can lend you a laptop (upon presentation of ID + €100 pre-authorization to be returned when the computer is returned).
• Lastly, beauty treatments can be provided in your room upon reservation at reception.

Gourmet, generous, fresh and at just € 11, fall for our breakfast buffet served in the breakfast room from 7 am to 10 am on weekdays and between 8 am and 11 am on Sundays and public holidays.

• Our hotel is newly equipped with a central water filtration system to ensure that your water is limescale-free and purified. The water is therefore drinkable throughout the hotel.
• We encourage you to use soft mobility during your stay. To do this, limit your car journeys. You'll find all the public transport options nearby in the “Getting around” section. We're just a block away from tramway lines B and C, which make it easy to get around Bordeaux. Don't hesitate to ask our receptionists for the quickest and easiest routes.
• Our partner Vélotino makes it easy for you to get around by bike. Rent a bike on the website by clicking on the link (or scan the QR code in your room), and our partner will deliver the bikes directly to your hotel! You'll have a wide choice of bikes to choose from, so you can get around easily and discover Bordeaux in an eco-friendly, responsible way.
• We apply a waste sorting policy and encourage you to do the same! Recycling garbage cans are available in the hotel lobby. If you have special waste (batteries, printer toner, etc.), bring it to reception and we'll sort it for recycling.
