Our ecological, civic, economic and social commitments

It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to our establishment while meeting the new challenges of sustainable tourism. We hope your stay will be all the more enjoyable thanks to our positive actions for society and the environment. We are proud to share our key measures with you.

We are also proud to have been awarded the Green Key label since the end of 2023, which testifies to our efforts to make our establishments more responsible. This certification is the fruit of the efforts of the entire team at the Notre Dame Hotel*** to understand and measure the ecological impact of our actions, and to adapt and modify them in order to improve this impact. We use eco-labelled products, replace household appliances so that they consume less water and energy, compost compostable waste, recycle old appliances and provide recycling bins. We are also a sponsor of the 'Adopt a beehive' association, so you can taste the honey from these hives at breakfast. We are also committed to social and civic responsibility, which is why we are a partner of the Solikend association, which donates the cost of the room to a charity of your choice. 

We'd like to encourage you, our valued guests, to use soft mobility and discover Bordeaux without a car, so we'd like to introduce you to our new partner: Vélotino. By clicking on the link, or by flashing the Qr Code in your welcome booklet on arrival at the hotel, you'll be able to rent and have one or more bikes delivered directly to your hotel, and discover Bordeaux at its best.
